CARITAS 2018

Thanks for sharing food and fellowship during our July CARITAS Intake Ministry!

The ladies enjoyed themselves with puzzles, games, prizes, sing-a-longs with our choir members and show tunes on the piano! They even got to see some fancy dance moves and cuddle up to furry friends who "pawsed" their busy schedules for a visit with the ladies. At the close of the ministry, there were hugs all around as the ladies boarded the bus to continue their success stories.

Your generosity and gifts resulted in our providing "heavy hors d'oeuvres" to 32 ladies for 28 consecutive nights to include:

• 896 "small plates" served
• 92 on-site ministry positions filled by over 40 members who served at multiple events or in varied capacities including music, games, food service/cleanup
• 178 hours of ministry time served

***There is no measure for time spent in procurement or drop-off of goods, but appreciation abounds!
