Community Dinner

Parish Hall

Because it has been a hot summer, and we expect it to continue in August, we will have a salad bar for the August Community Dinner.

 

Greens:

  • Romaine and other assorted lettuces
  • Chopped Kale

Proteins:

  • Quinoa
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Chicken Tenders
  • Baked Crab cakes (can also be eaten as an appetizer with Remoulade sauce)
  • Boiled eggs
  • Cheese

Vegetables:

  • Matchstick carrots
  • Cucumbers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Purple onions

Miscellaneous

  • Croutons (Cornbread and bread)
  • Dried Fruit (Cranberries or Blueberries)
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Balsamic Dressing
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Oil & Vinegar

We will also be serving spoon bread.  Dessert will be Cherry Cherry Cheesecake Dumpcake.
