Community Dinner

Because it has been a hot summer, and we expect it to continue in August, we will have a salad bar for the August Community Dinner.
Greens:
- Romaine and other assorted lettuces
- Chopped Kale
Proteins:
- Quinoa
- Grilled Chicken
- Chicken Tenders
- Baked Crab cakes (can also be eaten as an appetizer with Remoulade sauce)
- Boiled eggs
- Cheese
Vegetables:
- Matchstick carrots
- Cucumbers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Purple onions
Miscellaneous
- Croutons (Cornbread and bread)
- Dried Fruit (Cranberries or Blueberries)
- Sunflower seeds
- Balsamic Dressing
- Ranch Dressing
- Oil & Vinegar
We will also be serving spoon bread. Dessert will be Cherry Cherry Cheesecake Dumpcake.
